RETURNS POLICY

By purchasing items from Mitribe.shop you agree that you have read,  understand and agree to our shipping, refund, privacy and terms of service policies.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items are printed on demand, specifically for you, after your order has been placed. We can only accept returns for products agreed by us to be faulty. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mitribe.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the tracking delivery date.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the originating production outlet. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to originating production outlet and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

We cannot accept returns of sealed goods, such as, but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. By placing an order you agree that face masks won’t be available for returns. 

Returns for products deemed faulty may be offered. Returns and/or refunds are not possible if you ordered too many of one item, ordered the wrong size or if you changed your mind, as each product is cutom printed just for you, once you place your order. We recommend you consult size guidelines accompanying each product before placing your order. If you're not sure about sizing, please do send us an email and we'll happily guide towards the right size where we can.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift vouchers.

Exchanges
We do not hold stock of items. Each item is printed on demand when you place your order. The best way to ensure you receive the item that you want, is to get in touch with us by email and explain the issue so that we can determine if a refund/return can be accepted. As we cannot do exchanges, we invite you to make a separate purchase for the new item once the return/refund is accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
